I gave an AI a business to run.

Not "use AI to write emails."

I mean: build the product, write the copy, wire the backend, set up the checkout, run the drip sequence, and track the revenue.

Here's what actually happened 👇

We built PrimeCommand — an AI-powered affiliate command center — entirely using PrimeCommand's own AI engine while building it.

Every piece of copy on the site? Generated, tested, refined by AI.
The 4-email welcome sequence firing right now? Written and scheduled by AI.
The live seat counter enforcing our 50-person beta cap? AI built and deployed the backend function.

We're not in beta because we're not ready.
We're in beta because we only want 50 operators who are serious about running affiliate like a business.

 seats still open.

If you run affiliate, manage a team, or build commission-based income — this was built for you.

(Founding price disappears when the 50 seats are gone. No exceptions.)

Update on PrimeCommand beta:

We opened with 50 seats.

 remain.

Once they're gone, the founding price ($97/mo) locks permanently. Launch price is $197/mo.

For the people already inside:
— Commission tracking across networks, unified
— AI campaign intelligence running 24/7
— The Command Protocol: 8-step system we use to run 6-figure affiliate ops

If you've been watching, now is the time.

Hey [Name] — I've been following your work in [affiliate/agency/SEO space]. Quick one:

We just opened 50 founding seats for PrimeCommand — an AI command center built specifically for affiliate operators. Think: automated campaign intelligence, commission tracking across networks, and an AI engine that actually understands performance marketing.

Founding price is $97/mo vs $197 at launch. We cap it at 50 people so we can actually support them properly.

 seats left as of today.

Not a pitch — just thought it fit what you're building. Happy to send more info or you can see it here: prime-command.com/beta

Either way, keep crushing it.

Hey [Name] — saw your agency is running affiliate alongside client work. Respect.

We just opened founding access for PrimeCommand — an AI command center that tracks commissions across networks and surfaces optimization calls automatically. Built for people running affiliate at scale, not as a side experiment.

Most agencies we talk to are still living in spreadsheets or juggling 3 dashboards. PrimeCommand collapses all of that.

Founding price is $97/mo — goes to $197 when beta closes. spots left.

Title: We built an AI affiliate command center and ran the whole launch using the product itself — here's what broke and what worked

Six months ago I was managing 4 affiliate campaigns across 3 networks in a spreadsheet. I knew there had to be a better way.

So we built PrimeCommand — an AI-powered system that tracks commissions, surfaces optimization opportunities, and automates the grunt work of running affiliate at scale.

The weird part: we used the AI engine to build PrimeCommand while we were building PrimeCommand.

**What worked:**
- AI-written copy outperformed our hand-written version in every A/B test we ran
- Automated drip sequence converted at 34% from signup to checkout (still early data)
- The "Command Protocol" framework we built into the product has already changed how I think about campaign structure

**What broke:**
- First email sequence was way too salesy — had to rewrite it 3x before it felt human
- Live seat counter had a race condition on simultaneous signups — took a backend fix to resolve
- We underestimated how much affiliate operators hate generic SaaS language — had to niche the copy way down

We just opened 50 founding seats at $97/mo (goes to $197 at launch). still available if you're running affiliate seriously.

Happy to answer questions about the build, the AI stack, or how we structured the campaign automation. AMA.

1/ I gave an AI a business to run.

Not "help me write copy."

Build the product. Wire the backend. Set up checkout. Run the emails. Track the revenue.

Here's what happened 🧵

2/ We built PrimeCommand — an AI affiliate command center — using PrimeCommand's own AI engine while building it.

Sounds circular. It kind of is. That was the point.

3/ What the AI actually did:
→ Wrote and tested all site copy
→ Built and deployed a live seat counter (real backend function)
→ Set up a 4-email drip sequence that fires on signup
→ Wired Stripe checkout end-to-end

4/ What broke:
→ First email was too salesy — rewrote 3x
→ Seat counter had a race condition on simultaneous signups
→ Generic SaaS language bombed — had to go hyper-niche

Real product has real problems. AI isn't magic. It's leverage.

5/ The result: a fully operational SaaS, live at prime-command.com

Pricing tiers. Live checkout. Backend automation. Founding member beta. All of it.

6/ We opened 50 founding seats at $97/mo.

 left.

At 0, price goes to $197. No exceptions.

7/ If you run affiliate at scale and you're still living in spreadsheets —

This was built for you.

Follow for the build breakdown. I'm posting everything.

Name: PrimeCommand

Tagline: The AI command center for affiliate operators

Topics: Artificial Intelligence, Marketing, Productivity

Description:
PrimeCommand is an AI-powered affiliate command center built for operators running commission-based income at scale.

Most affiliate operators are managing campaigns across 3-5 networks, reconciling commissions in spreadsheets, and making optimization calls on gut feel. PrimeCommand changes that.

What it does:
→ Unified commission tracking across all your affiliate networks
→ AI campaign intelligence that surfaces what to fix, cut, or scale
→ The Command Protocol — an 8-step operating system for affiliate businesses
→ Full automation layer: tracking, alerts, reporting, and follow-up sequences

Built for: Affiliate marketers, performance agencies, and anyone running commission-based income as a real business — not a side hustle.

Founding Access: We opened 50 beta seats at $97/mo. remain. Launch price is $197/mo.

First comment (post this as your own comment on launch day):
Hey PH! Maker here.

Built PrimeCommand because I was drowning in spreadsheets managing 4 affiliate campaigns across 3 networks. I knew the problem was real — no one had built the right command layer for affiliate operators.

The wild part: we ran the entire launch using PrimeCommand's own AI engine. The copy, the email sequence, the backend counter tracking beta seats — all of it.

Would love your feedback. Especially from anyone running affiliate seriously. What's your biggest pain point right now?
